Every review from Google, Trustpilot, TripAdvisor, GetYourGuide, Booking.com, Airbnb and Yelp lands in one list you can filter by platform, rating, location or topic.
Reply approvals
AI drafts a reply in your voice for each review. Four and five star replies can publish automatically, while anything lower waits in the queue for you to read and approve.
Request automation
See which customers have been asked, who has left a review and which requests are still in flight, and adjust the timing of each sequence.
Rank tracking
Watch where you appear on Google Maps for the searches that bring customers in, and how new reviews move that position over time.
Topic insights
Breakdowns of what customers mention most, such as wait times, pricing or staff, with trends across the last 90 days.
Locations and team

Using it on your phone
The app is built to work at phone size, so you can read a new review and approve a reply between customers. To keep it one tap away, open my.reviewkit.com in your phone browser and choose “Add to Home Screen” on iPhone, or “Install app” in Chrome on Android. It then opens like any other app, without taking up storage.

Where do I log in to Review Kit?
Sign in at my.reviewkit.com/login with the email address you used to create your account.
Is there an iPhone or Android app to download?
No download is needed. Review Kit is a web app that works in any modern browser, and you can add it to your phone home screen so it behaves like an installed app.
Can my team have their own logins?
Yes. You can invite team members and give each person access to the locations they work at.
I have forgotten my password. What now?
Use the forgotten password link on the login page, or contact our support team and we will help you back in.
Does the app work offline?
No. Review Kit reads live data from your connected platforms, so it needs an internet connection.
